What if I have questions or concerns about my Outdoorable order?
Please reach out to us via email at support@outdoorable.ca with any questions or concerns you may have regarding misprinted/defective products, issues with receiving your order, and/or regarding returns/exchanges.
We are committed to timely follow up and will provide practical options if issues arise when purchasing Outdoorable designs and products.
What is your return policy?
If you notice an issue with the products or the order, please reach out to Outdoorable via email at support@outdoorable.ca along with your full name/address, a picture, order number, and issue details as applicable.
We will submit a problem report on your behalf, confer with our supplier, offer options based on your valid concerns, and provide quick follow up to you regarding your next steps.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted
within 30 days
after the product has been received and/or delivered. Claims deemed an error on our part may be covered at our expense.

What online store platform(s) is the Outdoorable brand available on?
- We can be found on Shopify via the online store link buttons provided on our website. We are also working on adding funny and more playful designs on our TeePublic store as well.
- We'll be sure to update our customers on social media and our www.outdoorable.ca website with easily accessible links to online stores as they become available.

What type of payment options do you offer?
- You can purchase Outdoorable products in Canada and the U.S.A. using Shop Pay, credit card, PayPal, and Apple/Google Pay Wallet.
- These options are available upon checkout via our Shopify online store.

Where do i find your sizing and care guidelines for Outdoorable products?
- You can click on the links found on "Our Products" and "Custom Print Designs" pages available on our www.outdoorable.ca website to view individual product information via our online store. These descriptions are also available for each Outdoorable product prior to purchase on our Shopify store. We encourage you to check out out Product Color Reference Guide as well to see color options available for each design.
- For example: both imperial and metric sizing options are provided for all individual apparel and product pictures, product dimensions, washing instructions, and special features are viewable when browsing product designs on our online store.
(Please note that design pictures and product information provided are guidelines and the product itself may differ slightly).

How much is shipping, are taxes applicable, and how long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
- Estimated shipping costs will depend on the number of items purchased, the type of products selected, product availability, overall weight, and your preferred delivery duration as applicable.
- Taxes such as GST/PST/HST etc. may vary for Canadian and American customers based on the province/state you reside in and will be added upon checkout. Your order, when fulfilled in either country, in some instances may have additional import/duty or International shipping costs applied to your order. Please review your final purchase order carefully to ensure you are aware when these confirmed associated costs have been applied.
- You may be eligible for free shipping with a minimum purchase order amount at checkout and/or be eligible for discount code when you subscribe to our email offers, submit an online review, and/or share your Outdoorable story with us on our website.
